HESSA: The Mastermind Behind the Movement

Behind these carefully curated events is HESSA (Hector Ávila), an Ibiza-born DJ and producer with over 15 years of experience. Previously known as one-half of the duo 2Vilas, HESSA has played at legendary venues like DC10, Amnesia, Space, Pacha, and Underground, sharing the decks with Solomun, Luciano, Sven Väth, Raresh, Traumer, and Priku.

HESSA is also the co-founder of MTM Ibiza, a record shop and label that has played a crucial role in shaping the local scene. Now, with his vinyl-only labels, Get a Life and Cosmos, he’s taking his passion for underground music to a whole new level.

Having released on labels like Djebali, Moan, Robsoul, Get Physical, and Vatos Locos, Alvaro’s productions have gained recognition worldwide. He has played at major clubs and festivals, including Amnesia Ibiza, Fabric London, Sunwaves Festival, and Les Enfants Barcelona.
